ScentRev sells fragrance micro-samples, decants, discovery sets, bottles, and related products through scentrev.com in India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ScentRev. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

All fragrances sold on ScentRev are 100% authentic, sourced from authorised distributors and official brand channels. We do not sell counterfeit, inspired-by, or clone fragrances.

Decants are filled from sealed, authentic bottles. Sizes are approximate (±5%) due to the nature of manual decanting.

Fragrance performance (longevity, sillage, scent character) varies significantly based on individual skin chemistry, body temperature, diet, and environment. We cannot guarantee that a fragrance will perform identically for every customer.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the total amount (including applicable taxes and shipping) to your selected payment method.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us at support@scentrev.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at signup. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our platform.

By submitting reviews, ratings, or forum posts, you grant ScentRev a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform and marketing materials.

You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

All content on ScentRev — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to ScentRev. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ScentRev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in India, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ScentRev after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
