Orders & Samples
We offer 3ml, 8ml, and 10ml decants. 3ml is great for a quick test (2–3 wears). 8ml gives you a full week of testing. 10ml is ideal if you already love the scent and want a travel-friendly bottle.
Yes, 100%. We source directly from authorised distributors and official brand channels. Every decant is filled from an authentic, sealed bottle. We never deal in fakes, clones, or inspired-by versions.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) are typically faster.
Yes, and we encourage it. Ordering a few samples together is the smartest way to discover your signature scent without spending thousands on full bottles.
Yes, we ship pan-India via Delhivery, Shiprocket, and other courier partners. Some remote pin codes may take an extra 1–2 days.
Payments
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and EMI via Razorpay. All transactions are secured by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Yes. We use Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details. All payments are encrypted end-to-end.
COD is available on select pin codes. You'll see the option at checkout if it's available for your address.
This sometimes happens due to a network timeout. Check your email (including spam). If you don't see a confirmation within 30 minutes, email us at support@scentrev.com with your payment reference and we'll sort it out immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Fragrance is a personal preference, and we understand that. However, we cannot accept returns on opened decants for hygiene reasons. This is exactly why we sell samples — so you can test before committing to a full bottle. If you received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, we'll replace or refund it immediately.
Email us at support@scentrev.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No questions asked.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are usually faster (1–3 days). Bank transfers may take up to 7 business days.
Subscription
You pick a tier (Essential, Signature, or Prestige), choose your fragrance from your tier catalog, and we ship an 8ml atomizer each month. You're billed on your subscription renewal date (same day of month as when you started, for monthly plans).
Yes, anytime. Go to Subscription → Manage. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months per pause, or cancel with no penalty — ideally before your next renewal so the next charge does not run.
Yes, up to 2 skip months per calendar year from Manage. Rules for the exact month are shown in the app (including the “before the 10th” cutoff for that billing month).
Account & Privacy
Email us at support@scentrev.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. We'll process it within 7 business days and confirm once done.
