Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes via our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, and others). We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB (tracking) number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order from your account under My Orders.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to our warehouse (RTO). In such cases, we will contact you to rebook the delivery. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us at [YOUR_EMAIL] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
